About the role

DotWorld is a fast-growing Venture Builder and SaaS Studio that designs, launches and scales several SaaS products in parallel. One of our products is a gamified micro-learning and AI literacy platform, and all of its content - courses, modules, acquisition funnels, website, emails - is AI-generated at scale. That is exactly where the challenge sits: the volume of content we ship keeps growing, and editorial quality has to keep up. We are looking for a FR/EN Copywriter to become the guardian of the product's editorial quality. You proofread, correct and rewrite everything that goes out: nothing ships without your eyes on it. The role goes well beyond proofreading. Our acquisition funnels are real conversations with the user: writing them takes a genuine understanding of user psychology and phrasing that sounds natural, never machine-made. You also work upstream, tuning the instructions and prompts of our content-generation AI to raise quality at the source. Over time, you define the brand's tone of voice and become the soul of the product. This is a founding role, with direct, measurable impact on product clarity, conversion and the business.

Your responsibilities

  • Editorial quality of AI-generated content
  • Proofread, correct and rewrite AI-generated content (courses and micro-learning modules) in French and English
  • Sign off editorially on everything that ships: you are the last filter before it goes live
  • Tune the instructions and prompts of our generation AI to improve quality at the source
  • Acquisition & conversion
  • Write and optimise conversational acquisition funnels : user psychology, natural phrasing, conversational flow
  • Review website and email copy through a marketing and conversion lens
  • Iterate based on results : what converts, where people drop off
  • Brand & tone of voice
  • Define and document the product's tone of voice : an FR/EN style guide aligned with our users
  • Bring that voice to life across every touchpoint: product, website, emails, acquisition
  • Tooling & working with engineering
  • Work with engineers to design and refine the content generation and review pipelines
  • Partner with design and engineering to build the tools that make your own work easier

Your first months

  • Rewriting the website copy
  • Writing the acquisition funnel copy
  • Reviewing existing courses
  • Tuning the generation AI
  • A documented FR/EN tone of voice guide

About you

  • Experience
  • Seniority: mid-to-senior level
  • 3-5 years minimum in conversion copywriting and/or UX writing
  • Experience in a SaaS startup or on a B2C digital product
  • Experience editing AI-generated content
  • Comfortable with acquisition funnels and email marketing
  • Experience in edtech
  • Technical skills
  • Conversion-driven copywriting
  • UX writing
  • Bilingual FR/EN writing at native level in both languages
  • Prompting and working with LLMs
  • Email marketing
  • Working knowledge of SEO
  • Soft skills
  • Strong autonomy : the structure is lean, everything is still to be built
  • User empathy : you write for the person reading, not for yourself
  • Product sense
  • Uncompromising editorial rigour
  • Willingness to challenge existing choices and propose better ones
  • Languages
  • French : native or C2
  • English : C1-C2, native-level writing expected

What makes this role attractive

  • A founding role : you define the voice of a product from day one and become its soul
  • Direct, measurable impact on conversion and on the business
  • Very broad scope : product, acquisition, brand, emails
  • A seat at the AI x copywriting frontier : editing generated content, prompting, review pipelines
  • Direct access to the founder , fast decisions, zero politics
  • Flexibility : 100% remote across Europe

The challenges

  • Early-stage environment : few processes, everything is to be built - including your own ways of working
  • A large content backlog from day one: you need to prioritise and move fast
  • One very busy point of contact : your autonomy is what makes this role work
  • Genuine written bilingualism required : "professional English" will not be enough here

  • Discovery interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager, Noémie - 30 min
  • Case study / FR-EN writing t
