Essor is seeking a CRM Manager to lead CRM, loyalty, and subscription initiatives in an in-house agency model. You will own campaigns end-to-end, leverage Klaviyo and AI tools, and guide offshore specialists to scale hyper-personalized communications for DTC brands.
You will drive data-driven segmentation, experiment with predictive analytics, and ensure seamless integrations with Shopify, loyalty programs, and Recharge/Skio.
