Pigment is seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Lead to scale recruiting across R&D, including Engineering, Product, IT and Security. You will lead three Tech Talent Acquisition Managers and partner with external partners as needed, while staying hands-on on key searches.
You will define the tech recruitment strategy, translate hiring plans into actionable roadmaps, and coach leaders to improve assessment quality. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution.
