- Working pattern: Paris-based, at least 1 week out of every 2 weeks
- Contract: Freelance
- Start: ASAP / Urgent
- Language: Fluent French and English.
Profile required:
- Around 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong S/4HANA expertise.
- Proven experience managing international S/4HANA rollouts across multiple countries/entities.
- Strong leadership and hands-on experience managing S/4HANA rollout programmes.
- Strong project and people management skills, with experience leading teams of 10–20 people.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven long-term experience with leading consulting firms, with a strong and structured delivery methodology.
- Previous experience working within a Big Four or Tier 1 consulting environment is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced SAP S/4HANA rollout leader who can combine hands-on programme delivery, team leadership, client management and strong consulting methodology within a complex international environment.
