GitLab is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to be the deepest technical voice in a product group, guiding customers on top opportunities, roughly the top 10% by size or complexity.
As an Account Solutions Architect, you will work with Product and Engineering, shaping roadmaps with field insights while building reusable assets and coaching the wider SME team. You’ll focus on one product group and drive successful technical outcomes across enterprise opportunities.
