Project Director – Urban Water Engineering

• Lead master plans for drinking water supply and wastewater management, including wastewater and stormwater
• Conduct diagnostic studies and propose capital improvement programs
• Carry out tariff studies
• Produce GIS mapping, including network plans, construction plans, and flood-prone area maps
• Conduct asset management studies of networks and infrastructure
• Provide owner's engineer/project management assistance for technical assignments related to the urban water cycle
• Plan the team's workload
• Supervise deliverables, project progress, and the financial aspects of projects
• Contribute to responses to calls for tender and pre-sales activities
• Participate in business meetings and lead workshops
• Monitor projects with regard to contractual and accounting commitments
• Contribute to the agency's field projects under the supervision of the Branch Director

Requirements

• Civil or water engineer, with a degree from an engineering school or equivalent program (including ENGEES, ENSE3, ENSEEIHT, or ENSIP)
• At least 10 years of experience in water engineering
• Proven expertise in urban water engineering
• Strong knowledge of public procurement
• Interest in or experience with drinking water projects
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges
• Strong team leadership and facilitation skills
