Overview

LumApps is a leading Employee Experience Platform that connects companies with their employees through AI-powered solutions.

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager to join the Work & Automation Tribe, helping companies digitize processes, automate routine work, and enable workers and managers to act fast. The team focuses on making workplace coordination seamless across hybrid and on‑site environments, helping employees easily access shared resources such as desks, rooms, and workplace services. By simplifying booking, coordination, and workflow, we improve employee experience, optimize space usage, and drive operational efficiency.

Missions

  • Define the product vision and strategy for how employees and managers coordinate workplace resources (rooms, desks, lockers, and beyond), spaces and office experiences across hybrid and on‑site environments.
  • Own the team roadmap, prioritizing high‑impact opportunities, making trade‑offs, and coordinating dependencies across the platform.
  • Understand users deeply, translating real‑world coordination challenges into simple, scalable product solutions.
  • Deliver value quickly, partnering with Engineering and Design to ship and iterate on features that drive adoption and measurable impact.
  • Drive business impact, partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to inform pricing and packaging, and identify opportunities that unlock revenue, expansion and long‑term product adoption.
  • Ensure platform integration, connecting booking experiences with workflows, tasks, and automation capabilities to create a seamless end‑to‑end experience.

Metrics

  • Increased adoption and usage of Workplace Resources capabilities (e.g., bookings, active users, repeat usage).
  • A clear, data‑informed roadmap that contributes to LumApps’ growth and platform strategy.
  • Successful integration into the Work & Automation ecosystem (e.g., workflows triggered, cross‑feature usage).
  • Strong cross‑team collaboration, influencing outcomes beyond your immediate scope.
  • Contribution to business impact, driving adoption, expanding usage of the product, and enabling scalable solutions that support customer growth and revenue opportunities.

Skills

  • 5‑8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS (incl. pricing, packaging and monetization).
  • Track record of shipping impactful features end‑to‑end (discovery → launch → adoption), especially finding strong product‑market fit and making features more mature.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to use data and customer insights to drive decisions.
  • Fluency in AI/LLM‑powered features and interest in applying AI to product experiences.
  • Experience working on platform products or integrations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and ability to execute pragmatically.
  • Ability to make informed product decisions under uncertainty, using a combination of data, user insights, and business context.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with business‑level fluency in English.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with booking, workplace, or asset‑related products.
  • Exposure to workflow or automation systems.
  • Familiarity with mobile user experience.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Experience working on mobile‑first or frontline‑oriented products.
  • Exposure to AI‑powered features.
  • Fluency in French and/or German.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work model – 2 days at the office, 3 days remote.
  • RTT days – 10 extra days off per year.
  • Meal vouchers (SWILE) plus free snacks & coffee.
  • Yoga classes – mindful break at the Paris office.
  • Supportive parental leave and family moments, including a Christmas party for kids.
  • Health insurance (ALAN) – 60% covered plus full life & disability cover.
  • Afterworks, team celebrations & seasonal parties.
  • Equipment of your choice.
  • French & English lessons, professional development & access to Leeto CSE.
