Platform Feature Owner

In a Platform Feature Owner on our team, you’ll be accountable for the End-To-End definition, development, and delivery of one or more vehicle features within our platform. You will act as the technical leader and single point of contact of your feature(s), ensuring design maturity, Quality, respect of all involved Regulations, ASPICE readiness, customer satisfaction, and successful integration across system, functional safety, algorithm, testing, and tools teams. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive feature planning and execution, and lead customer communication for all feature-related topics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of your feature(s): requirements, design, implementation planning, testing, traceability, and change management.
• Leads reuse strategy for their feature in a modular, scalable manner across regional project (EU/NA/APAC NV/China)
• Coordinates with regional feature owner to make available the adaptable assets (algorithms, components) satisfying customer needs
• Analyze the customer solution with Regional Feature owners to identify potential synergies and reuse opportunities for customer and platform
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor feature development using Jira (backlog, sprints, dashboards).
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across system engineering, architects, safety concepts, algorithms, SW, testing, diagnosis, tools and calibration teams.
• Prepare and maintain feature requirements (VRS ownership + SSRS support)
• Ensure ASPICE compliance, completeness of work products, and verification coverage.
• Provide regular status reporting, risk identification, KPI tracking and issue resolution
• Lead customer discussions, negotiations, and clarification sessions, including SYS1/SYS2 reviews
• Support test planning and validations (data collection, logging/debugging, equipment availability)
• Ensure reuse of system design elements (SYS2/SYS3) across the platform
• Approve feature calibration and tuning result and support both HW and SW release procedures
• Assess change requests, evaluation design impacts, and drive cost-effective solutions
• Build strong relationship with customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system engineering methods and product development processes.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Degree in engineering (electrical, computer, automotive, or related fields) or equivalent professional experience
• Strong expertise in embedded system, knowledge of vehicle features & architecture is a plus
• Familiarity with ASPICE and/or agile development frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and lead customer discussions.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Reliable, proactive, structured, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:

• Experience in leading engineering teams or cross-functional technical topics

• Piloter la stratégie de réutilisation de votre fonctionnalité de manière modulaire et évolutive à travers les différents projets régionaux (EU/NA/APAC NV/Chine).
• Coordonner avec les Regional Feature Owners afin de mettre à disposition les éléments adaptables (algorithmes, composants) répondant aux besoins des clients.
• Analyser la solution client avec les Regional Feature Owners afin d’identifier les synergies potentielles et les possibilités de réutilisation pour le client et la plateforme.
