Missions

• Collaborate with the product team to specify and plan upcoming features
• Contribute to technical evaluation and specification of upcoming features
• Implement new features using best practices
• Correct bugs because nobody is perfect
• Review the code of your teammates to keep the project clean and share knowledge

• You will work with an up-to-date stack based on PHP 8.1, Symfony 6, API Platform, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker and our CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.

• You want to contribute to scaling the tech team. We are divided into several feature teams. So much to build still

Let\'s talk about you

• +5 years of working experience using PHP and Symfony framework (alternatively previous experience in software development)
• Ability to communicate in English (all tech meetings are in English)
• Agile project management experience (we are following the Scrum methodology)
• Mindset: autonomous, proactive, problem solver, adaptable (eager to work in a fast growing environment), and team spirit
• DevOps awareness and curiosity

Recruitment process

• A video-call with the Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to understand your career plan and fit for the role – 45 min
• A technical test done at home – about 1h30
• A technical interview ending with a 30-minute live coding session with a Lead developer and a back-end developer
• An interview with an Engineering Manager to align on expectations and team fit – 1 hour
