Your future environment
The Marine & Overseas Division carries out large-scale infrastructure projects internationally, including in the fields of energy, water treatment and complex structures.
The STEGRA project in Boden, Sweden, involves the construction of a green steelworks and an electrolysis plant powered by renewable electricity and water from the Lule River.
The facility will produce 5 million tonnes of green steel per year by 2030.
Eiffage is responsible for:
- Water Treatment Plant (WT2)
- Hydrogen Manufacturing Plant (HMP)
Your main responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the execution of on-site work in accordance with deadlines, costs, quality and safety requirements.
- Supervise and lead the construction teams and subcontractors.
- Plan the different phases of the project and anticipate resource requirements.
- Ensure that construction methods and procedures are properly applied.
- Monitor the budget and report regularly to project management.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client and stakeholders on site.
Required profile
- Higher education in civil engineering, construction or equivalent.
- Proven experience (8 to 15 years) in managing large-scale industrial projects, ideally internationally.
- Proficiency in construction standards and site practices.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Swedish would be an advantage.
Conditions
The position is based on site in Boden, in northern Sweden, with a contractual package associated with this location. The living environment is stable, well connected and suitable for families if required.
