Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering and change management support
- Project monitoring and management; organizing and leading client meetings
- Implementation and configuration
- User training
- User acceptance testing (UAT)
- Production rollout / go-live
- Support
Requirements
- Proven experience on HRIS projects (implementation, configuration, support)
- Strong functional knowledge of payroll and employee administration
- Strong interpersonal and pedagogical skills to deliver training and support teams
- Organizational skills, autonomy and a team-player mindset
- Curiosity, rigor and a desire to grow in a technical and business environment
