V.Group is seeking a skilled professional to manage crew operations and service delivery for fleets managed from Nice, France. The role interfaces with Seafarer, Fleet Management and Crewing Operations to ensure compliance, timely crewing and high service quality.
You will maintain crew rotation plans, identify vacancies, balance pool strength and drive improvements across ShipSure, ShipSure BI and V.Crew Connect. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential.
