SMOORE is looking for a commercially driven Retail Manager to develop its retail presence across France. Based in Paris, this newly created role combines hands-on business development, retail channel expansion, and field sales team coordination.
We welcome candidates with backgrounds in retail, FMCG, tobacco, vaping, consumer goods, or distribution.

Retail Channel Development: Identify and acquire new retail partners, including vape shops, tobacconists, and other relevant outlets, to expand distribution across France.
Field Team Management: Coordinate field sales activities, set KPIs, monitor performance, and contribute to building the local team as the business grows.
In-Store Execution: Drive product listings, merchandising, retail staff training, and promotional activities to improve product visibility and sales.
Account Management: Build relationships with retailers and distributors, develop existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Performance: Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and sell-through to support sales growth and achieve commercial targets.
Market Intelligence: Gather customer feedback, competitor insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and local distributors to ensure effective retail execution and compliance with applicable regulations.

Experience in retail, field sales, business development, or channel sales.
Fluent French and working proficiency in English.
Legally authorized to work in France; a valid driving licence is required.
Experience in vaping, tobacco, FMCG, or distribution, as well as field team management, is a plus. A personal vehicle is preferred, with business travel expenses reimbursed according to company policy.
€4,500-€6,500/month in total compensation, depending on experience and the compensation structure.
