An established organisation operating within the energy and electrical infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager Underground Power Lines to support the delivery of high-voltage transmission infrastructure projects. The position combines technical leadership, detailed engineering and project coordination, with responsibility for delivering underground cable projects across voltage levels from 63 kV to 400 kV.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyse and ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards and transmission network requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership for underground power line projects.
  • Carry out detailed engineering, design and implementation for projects ranging from 63 kV to 400 kV.
  • Prepare engineering calculations and associated technical documentation.
  • Apply industry best practices across project development, technical documentation and design optimisation.
  • Coordinate technical activities with internal engineering and project teams.
  • Manage and coordinate external engineering and technical service providers.
  • Ensure projects meet required quality standards, schedules and cost objectives.
  • Develop and implement processes necessary to meet relevant transmission network specifications.

Your Profile

  • Technical qualification at BAC +2, BAC +3 or BAC +5 level, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in underground power line engineering and design, ideally involving major transmission network projects.
  • Strong proficiency with EFC400, CYMCAP and Excel.
  • Reliable, performance-oriented and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Strong initiative, organisational skills and communication capabilities.
  • Flexibility regarding work location.
  • Fluent French, both written and spoken, with a good command of English.
