• Flow Analysis: value stream mapping, identification of queues and bottlenecks, root cause analysis, and throughput optimization.
• Performance Measurement: mastery of lead time, cycle time, throughput, item age, cumulative flow diagram, and data-driven forecasting.
• System Design: definition of columns, routing rules, entry and exit criteria, prioritization policies, and escalation rules.
• Tools: advanced Jira configuration, JQL filters, boards, workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards.
• Continuous Improvement: facilitating flow reviews, service reviews, retrospectives, and measured experiments.
• Change Management: team training, manager coaching, and skills transfer to achieve autonomy.

Master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, project management, organization, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or workflow management within project, product, or maintenance teams, including proven experience implementing Kanban systems. Expected track record: Concrete achievements in improving throughput, lead times, or predictability, leveraging workflow data and configuring tools. Certifications: At least one relevant Kanban, Lean, or Agile certification, such as KMP, TKP, PSM, or equivalent; additional certification in change management is a plus. Qualities: Analytical rigor, pragmatism, keen observation skills, teaching ability, capacity to build consensus, a passion for experimentation, and clear communication with both teams and management.
