* WORKPLACE SHAREPOINT Program DirectorDeployment Planning:
• Phase 1: Build the foundation (hub) + HR space including direct access to key services o Lot 1: Build the WP foundation and the DDI MVP, delivery April 1, 2024 (at the end of the Innov program – O365-Teams deployment – to all employees). Big-bang deployment. o Lot 2: Enhance the WP with HR services, delivery November 1, 2024
• Phase 2 (to be studied before the end of 2023): brand and job portals (profiled news, access to applications based on job profiles, etc.) => will address the obsolescence of Lotus Notes. We are looking for the Program Director, responsible for all work (Phase 1 and Phase 2).

Managing programs in all their complexity:
• Complex organization (large multi-brand groups)
• Strategic project impacting the entire Group
• Highly business-oriented program
• Numerous multi-site teams (Business, IT)
• Management of Software Publisher and Integrator suppliers
• Budget managed: 3,000 person-hours annually We will place particular importance on:
• Knowledge of large companies
• Your experience in setting up and deploying large-scale Group Intranets Experience with SharePoint would be a plus (but is not required)Work
