Naboo is seeking a senior in-house corporate lawyer to lead strategic global expansion, governance, and compliance. You will drive cross-border corporate matters, and build the contractual engine for sales and partnerships with enterprise clients and suppliers.
The role emphasizes drafting complex B2B SaaS/marketplace agreements, multi-jurisdictional regulation, and leading policy across the organization. Attractive compensation and equity accompany a hybrid Paris-based role.
