Remote D365 Functional Architect — ERP Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and the existing setup in order to define a coherent, sustainable functional architecture.
• Design the target D365 solution and structure the migration stages: workshops, decisions, mappings.
• Support consultants and ensure the overall consistency of deliverables.
• Present and secure functional choices with clients.
• Contribute to functional quality: documentation, best practices, impact assessment.
• Continuously monitor D365 FO developments to guide our clients effectively.

Required skills

• Higher education degree in finance, supply chain, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with D365 FO / AX, including some in functional architecture.
• Ability to structure a vision, analyze complexity and make clear recommendations.
• Professional communication, a knack for teaching, ease with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Professional English.
