CHANEL is seeking a Marketing Automation Product Manager to own the Imagino MA platform for Europe and the Swiss Region. You will align CRM strategy with client journeys and lead cross-functional teams across Campaign Managers, Client Experience, Data and Tech to deliver scalable, personalised campaigns.
You will define a 12–18 month roadmap, manage the backlog, and convert business needs into clear requirements and delivery briefs for internal and external partners in a complex matrix
