Solvay is seeking a Research and Innovation Team Leader for our Aubervilliers lab in France to guide the Silica R&I team and advance mineral synthesis programs for tire materials. You will manage a 4-person team, drive experimental work, and collaborate with analytical and industrial teams while contributing to digital tools and IP.
The role is onsite with a permanent contract. Fluent English is required and you will engage across international teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
