GONG is seeking a Head of Growth to drive global expansion from France. You will own the growth strategy across paid media, CRM, and lifecycle marketing, and partner with E-commerce to ensure launches scale.
You will lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube; design AI-enabled personalization, analytics, and retention engines to maximize CLV and ROAS; 7–10 years in growth leadership within DNVB or e-commerce; fluent in English and French.
