Mars is seeking a Global Packaging Technology Specialist to lead industrialization and governance of packaging across the global network for DRY and WET products. You will drive end-to-end packaging development, from material selection to truck loading, and ensure robust specifications and successful deployments.
The role requires a Master or Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering with 5+ years in packaging, fluent English, and Lean Six Sigma credentials a plus.
