Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Data Governance & Quality Lead to join a global FMCG industry client of ours. This role will drive the global data quality strategy, establish governance frameworks, and improve the quality of business-critical data across a complex international organization. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver sustainable data quality improvements and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements for Data Governance & Quality Lead role:
- Strong experience defining and leading enterprise-wide data quality programmes.
- Expertise in data quality governance, management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience implementing data quality monitoring, KPI reporting, and remediation processes.
- Ability to bridge business and IT requirements within complex matrix organizations.
- Experience working across multiple business functions and global stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of master data management and data governance practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
