Danaher is seeking a Labor and Employee Relations Manager France to guide and support associates, leaders and HR partners. You will ensure compliant, consistent handling of labor relations matters across the Life Sciences platforms and operating companies in France.
Reporting to the LER COE, you will manage a diverse caseload, conduct investigations, collaborate with works councils, and drive policy development to improve organizational effectiveness and risk management.
