Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a Senior Mobile Growth Manager to own monetization and retention for our AI LLM chat mobile app on iOS and Android. You will drive ARPU, optimize the onboarding, retention, and renewal funnel, and lead experiments within Apple and Google subscription constraints.
You will test pricing, manage the paywall, and build win-back loops while ensuring a seamless cross-platform subscriber experience. Remote-friendly role with AI-driven prototyping using Claude.
