Swan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced KYC Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding team. We onboard small and medium-sized companies and self-employed freelancers opening business accounts, while applying Know-Your-Business (KYB) practices.
You will bridge strategy and execution, dedicating time to hands-on reviews of complex cases and leading coaching to grow the team. Strong AML knowledge and English plus another European language are valued.
