Experience:
10+ years Roles/Functions: Business Consulting, Project Management Assistance, Functional Consultant Technological Specialties: Databases, Business Intelligence, Reporting, APIs, ERP The Purchasing and Finance Transformation Department is seeking to strengthen its team with an external consultant specializing in SAP MM/SD who will be responsible for the operational management of the ERP systems for the Purchasing/Sales modules, as well as the interfaces with business information systems (e-procurement information systems, purchasing consultation information systems, Engineering and Operations information systems, etc.). The consultant will benefit from the support of two internal colleagues, who will assist in developing their skills in the specificities of ERPs and business information systems and ensure the consistency of developments with the migration roadmap to S/4HANA. The objective is therefore to ensure the operational continuity of the Purchasing, Finance, and Management information systems (Hanaïs Finance Management, ERP, and Hanaïs Analytics) and the interfaces with business information systems in the Purchasing/Sales domains while the internal team focuses on defining the migration scope.
Definition and implementation of ERP and business information system interface (BIS) upgrades – Analysis of business requirements, – Drafting of general functional specifications, – Verification of the IT department's correct interpretation of the specifications, – Validation of a technical solution from those proposed by the IT department (selection, design, suitability to business needs and SAP standards), – Design of test scenarios and organization, execution, or participation, with the business, in user acceptance testing.
Desired Expertise Profile and Required Skills Technical

Skills:
– Proven expertise (more than 3 years) on SAP MM (Purchasing) and SD (Sales), – Good knowledge of purchasing/sales processes – Ability to identify deviations from the standard, – Proficiency in writing functional specifications, – Knowledge of SAP-SAP type interfaces, APIs, Web services, – Proficiency in office tools and adherence to document templates.
Methodological skills – Ability to manage end-to-end follow-up of requests (support, anomalies, changes), – Ability to plan and identify risks, – Ability to work in a team, – Ability to coordinate the various business and IT stakeholders and to lead workshops, – Ability to simplify technical information for business users.
Interpersonal skills – Strong listening skills and interpersonal skills, – Rigor, organization and autonomy, – Analytical and synthesis skills, – Ability to challenge needs and ensure their consistency with a framework.
