About Travelsoft Pay
Travelsoft Pay is the payments technology business of Travelsoft Group. We help travel companies manage customer and supplier payments through virtual cards, payment orchestration and account-to-account payment solutions.
As our international client portfolio grows, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead client onboarding and service delivery.
The role
You will own the client delivery journey from project kick-off through implementation, launch and ongoing service coordination.
Working closely with our Product Director, technical and operations teams, payment partners and Travelsoft Group companies, you will turn client requirements into clear delivery plans and ensure commitments are met.
This is a hands-on leadership role based in our Paris office. You will manage projects directly, establish practical processes, coordinate resources and help develop the team as the business grows.
Your responsibilities
- Own client onboarding and implementation: Define scope, milestones, responsibilities and launch criteria, coordinating requirements, configuration, testing and training.
- Lead delivery across projects: Maintain a consolidated view of timelines, dependencies and capacity; set priorities and coordinate resources with functional managers.
- Manage client relationships: Lead project meetings, communicate progress clearly, set realistic expectations and address delivery concerns promptly.
- Drive issue resolution: Ensure client queries and service issues have clear owners, timely follow-up and appropriate escalation.
- Establish effective processes: Develop onboarding plans, launch checklists, handover procedures and service delivery standards that support consistent execution.
- Coordinate and develop colleagues: Allocate agreed work, review its quality, provide guidance and coach team members.
- Ensure operational readiness: Confirm that clients and internal teams have the training, documentation and support arrangements required before launch.
- Monitor delivery performance: Report on project progress, onboarding times, outstanding issues, capacity and client feedback, with clear recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation: Ensure requirements, decisions, actions and client handovers are complete and up to date.
What we are looking for
- Fluent German and French, with professional proficiency in English to collaborate effectively with our London-based teams and international partners.
- Demonstrated experience delivering client implementations or onboarding projects in payments, travel technology or a closely related sector.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating or managing colleagues.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage several client projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Confidence managing client expectations, challenging unrealistic timelines and resolving difficult situations constructively.
- A practical understanding of technology implementations, including integrations, testing and launch preparation.
- Sound judgement: you identify risks early, take action and elevate with clear context and proposed solutions.
- A hands-on approach, strong accountability and a commitment to high-quality client service.
- Availability to work on site at our Paris office and travel occasionally for client meetings and launches.
Experience with payment orchestration, virtual cards, APIs, reconciliation or incident coordination would be an advantage. Project management certification is welcome but not essential.
What we offer
- An office-based leadership role in Paris within an international travel technology group.
- Ownership of client delivery projects across travel and payments.
- The opportunity to shape processes and help build a growing onboarding and service delivery team.
