Job Description

• Définit les descriptions de Services de :
• -notre infogerence IT pour la Qualité de service des infrastructures serveurs, mais également tout le support aux utilisateurs.
• -notre fourniseur IT AIRBUS
• -notre fourisseur IT LEONARDO
• -notre fournisseur Microsoft , les contrats SLA, OLA et les KPI ainsi que les différents domaines d'activité impliqués
• - Surveille, rapporte et gère le respect des SLA.
• - Gère les actions d'atténuation en cas de non-respect en accord avec le chef de produit.
• - Gère la répartition des coûts de maintenance en collaboration avec l'entreprise.
• - Pilote et rend compte de la livraison des services SI conformément aux accords de niveaux de service et de l'optimisation des coûts pour l'infrastructure ou les applications.
• - Définit les actions correctives nécessaires à mener pour atteindre les objectifs et anime les équipes opérationnelles associées.
• - S'assure que les services sont fournis conformément aux exigences des clients convenus et qu'ils continuent de répondre ou de dépasser les attentes.
• - Superviser les équipes et les activités internes et externes (en lien avec la gestion des contrats effectuée dans les équipes de sourcing).
