Job Description

• De formation bac+5 ou équivalent dans l’ingénierie logicielle, vous justifiez de premières expériences vous permettant aujourd’hui de prendre un rôle de Product Owner.
• Vous connaissez et pratiquez les méthodes AGILE framework « scrum » de préférence.
• Vous êtes rigoureux, motivé, et dynamique.
• Vous êtes curieux, porté sur l’innovation.
• Vous aimez partager, vous apprenez en expérimentant ou en vous appuyant sur les équipes avec lesquelles vous collaborez.
• Une expérience dans le domaine ferroviaire des systèmes de contrôle et des systèmes d'aide à l'exploitation serait un plus. Cela inclut les systèmes de Signalisation et Supervision (ATS, SCADA).
• Enfin, vous parlez anglais. La connaissance de la langue espagnole serait un atout supplémentaire.

• Produire et maintenir la Roadmap produit ATS avec les indicateurs associés (Release Planning Event, Burn Down, Sprints,..)
• Rechercher l’adhésion et promouvoir la collaboration au sein des équipes ingénierie de son périmètre.
• Comprendre les enjeux fournis par la ligne de produit, du produit et son écosystème.
• Animer les cérémonies en lien avec la gestion du backlog (raffinement, sprint planning...)
• Découper, en accord avec les Définition Of Ready et Définition of Done, les fonctionnalités en "User Stories" pour les o
• Écrire et en définir les critères d'acceptation
• Prioriser les éléments du backlog produit et maintenir un backlog à jour pour l'équipe
• Valider l'incrément de valeur
• Maitriser la dette technique
• Faciliter les démonstrations avec les membres de l'équipe pour un feedback direct
• Mesurer l'avancement du "delivery" avec le scrum master
