Harmattan AI seeks a Jira Architect to own Jira end to end across Product and R&D, designing a master structure and standardizing how teams plan and track their work. You will turn Jira into the reliable source of truth for engineering coordination and use AI to reduce manual admin and reporting.
You will audit existing projects, map team workflows, and migrate teams onto a common structure, building templates for rapid onboarding and delivering leadership-ready portfolio views.
