Within Cailabs’ Products & Partnerships team, you will be supervised by Nicolas, Product Manager for Optical Ground Stations. Your objective will be to actively contribute to the definition of products within the TILBA space communications range, particularly Optical Ground Stations (OGS), which enable communications between Earth and satellites.
You will also contribute to creating content for users, prospective customers and partners, working closely with the product, technical, sales and communications teams.
Examples of typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Contributing to the definition and improvement of the OGS user experience and customer interface, based on operational cycle mapping, persona definition and the user journey.
- Participating in workshops to define innovative products and conducting interviews with various stakeholders.
- Creating explanatory materials on key product features, including showcasing concrete solutions developed for our customers and producing supporting materials for customer training.
