Microchip Technology Inc. in France is seeking a Device Engineer for the STEP R&D group, contributing to technology transfer, enhancement, and development projects focusing on BCD MOS technologies. You will collaborate with teams in France and the United States.
You will drive yield improvement, perform electrical characterization, TCAD simulations, and test structures, while partnering with design, fab and product engineering to optimize devices.
