5 years or moreJob Functions: Production, Operations, Infrastructure, Technical ExpertTechnological specialties: Modern WorkplaceThis mission aims to support the Modern Workplace Department in: – Leading and implementing the Active Directory 2026 security project – Providing high-level technical expertise on Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid environments – Coordinating the technical and security stakeholders involved in identity and directory management; this mission takes place within a critical infrastructure context, with significant security and service continuity challenges. RESPONSIBILITIES The team you will be working with consists of 2 internal staff and 1 intern, and is responsible for the administration, management, and evolution of enterprise directories (Active Directory – Entra ID). It leads structuring projects to secure and streamline AD environments. Technical Environment: – Several Active Directory forests – Several domains – 1 primary Entra ID tenant and several secondary tenants – Approximately 10,000 identities – On-premises, cloud, and hybrid environmentsYour objectives will be to achieve the following: – Lead the Active Directory 2026 security project – Structure and maintain the AD roadmap – Strengthen the security and control of AD/Entra ID environments – Streamline cross-functional coordination between IT and security stakeholders – Secure the operation and deployment of AD infrastructuresDesired expertise- You have at least 7 years of experience and have led at least one Active Directory security project.
- You have expertise in Active Directory administration, Entra ID, and hybrid MS environments, including project management.
- Proficiency in multi-forest environments and managing a large number of identities.
- Strong scripting (PowerShell) and automation skills.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Azure) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate closely with the domain manager.
- Rigor, autonomy, and the ability to respond quickly in a complex environment.
