Deel is seeking a Senior Paid Ads Manager to own paid performance for a specific product vertical, mainly on Meta and LinkedIn, with X and YouTube in scope. You’ll work with the rest of the Paid team to ensure accurate market messaging and hitting benchmarks for new opportunities.
You’ll partner with PMMs and product teams, turn data into insights, and use AI daily to speed reporting and optimization. The role offers collaboration with regional marketing and growth teams.
