Spencer Ogden, based in France, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead pre-construction and construction delivery of HV substations, grid connections, and BESS projects on a 3-year independent contractor basis. You will drive delivery from acquisition through energisation, coordinating with engineers and clients to achieve on-time completion.
The role requires an electrical engineering background, 10+ years in utility-scale projects, and strong knowledge of French grid interfaces and
