Consultant Senior Achats & P2P | Facturation Électronique (H/F)

We invite you to join our team of 50 consultants to support clients in optimizing the P2P cycle and implementing digital invoicing solutions, ensuring performance, compliance, and automation (LAD, RAD, OCR).

Responsabilités

• Conduct audits and maturity diagnostics of spending engagement and invoicing digitalization processes.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and recommend financial governance optimization levers.
• Assist clients in selecting, framing and implementing digital invoicing solutions (Esker, Basware, Itesoft, Yooz, Kofax, Tradeshift, etc.) or approved platforms.
• Digitalize and automate the P2P cycle from purchase request to supplier payment.
• Implement traceable automated processes via RPA, AI, or workflow tools.
• Ensure interoperability between procurement systems, ERP and electronic invoicing platforms.
• Lead projects with business and IT teams, promote adoption, define governance, monitor deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
• Measure post‑deployment performance to guarantee lasting impact.
• Coordinate client relationships, provide status updates, identify risks, propose solutions, and share best practices with fellow consultants.
• Develop deep expertise in P2P and invoicing digitalization, staying updated on regulatory and technological developments.
• Participate in internal cross‑group projects (RSE, HR, Marketing).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting, software vendor or procurement leadership targeting transformative purchasing projects.
• Proficiency in P2P processes, invoicing digitalization, supplier relationship management, regulatory compliance, and related technologies (LAD, RAD, OCR).
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive successful change initiatives.
• Strong written and oral English for international contexts.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills; ability to manage projects autonomously.
• Client‑orientation, adaptability, and ability to build trustful relationships.
