Senior Consultant, AI Scoping

• Advise organizations on defining and implementing their Data & AI strategy
• Conduct organizational diagnostics and maturity assessments, through to the development of actionable roadmaps
• Connect business teams and different departments to ensure alignment between strategic vision and operational execution
• Maximize value and ROI, and structure business cases
• Contribute to the implementation of AI roadmaps
• Establish adoption drivers, including awareness-building, training, and coaching
• Contribute to monitoring and innovation relating to new AI use cases, product management, and innovative scoping methodologies
• Work independently with clients, depending on level of seniority
• Drive value across Innovation, Perspective, and Product programs
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants, depending on level of seniority
• Participate in consulting and advisory engagements to optimize clients’ organization and innovation and launch new AI products

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac +5 equivalent) from a leading engineering or business school, with a specialization in strategy, consulting, transformation, innovation, or AI
• At least 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, innovation, AI impact analysis, or scoping, governance, or program management engagements
• Experience developing roadmaps, optimizing organizations, or delivering large-scale transformation projects addressing both business and IT challenges
• Proficiency in diagnostic and assessment methodologies, with the ability to present findings clearly to executive audiences
• Experience defining strategic ambition and conducting AI maturity diagnostics and assessments across organization, governance, processes, and tools
• Proficiency in developing decision-making scenarios, including prioritization, scenario planning, and short-, medium-, and long-term budgeting
• Proficiency in scoping methodologies, including design thinking, Business Model Canvas, and strategic consulting frameworks
• Experience in value management and business case development, including ROI, performance indicators, and Value Office practices
• Knowledge of adoption and change management levers, including adoption plans, AI literacy, training, and coaching
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, including the CDO, CIO, CFO, and CEO
• Ability to produce high-impact strategic and visually compelling materials
• Cross-functional perspective, strong synthesis skills, and influential leadership
• Analytical rigor, curiosity, and a drive to build innovative offerings
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English
