Nous recherchons un.e Coordinateur.trice administratif.ve et opérationnel.le pour la Direction Développement Analytique et Pharmaceutique pour le département Innovation, Recherche et Développement basé à Epernon. Rattaché.e au Directeur du Développement Analytique et Pharmaceutique, vous assurez la coordination administrative, documentaire, budgétaire et opérationnelle des activités du Développement Analytique et Pharmaceutique afin de garantir l'efficacité du fonctionnement du service, la conformité des activités aux exigences qualité et compliance, ainsi que la performance des interfaces avec les services internes et les partenaires externes.

Profile Description

Titulaire d'un BTS/DUT ou d'une Licence professionnelle en gestion, administration ou assistanat, vous avez une expérience réussie dans un environnement réglementé (pharmaceutique, cosmétique ou laboratoire). Vous maîtrisez la gestion documentaire, le suivi budgétaire, les achats, la gestion des fournisseurs et des contrats. À l'aise avec les outils bureautiques, ERP et systèmes de gestion documentaire, vous disposez d'un bon niveau d'anglais écrit. Véritable interface entre les différents services, vous possédez d'excellentes capacités d'organisation, de coordination et de communication. Rigoureux.se, autonome et réactif.ve, vous savez gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément tout en garantissant la conformité qualité et compliance. Doté.e d'un fort sens du service et de la confidentialité, vous contribuez activement à l'amélioration continue et à la digitalisation des processus. Votre esprit d'équipe, votre capacité d'anticipation et votre force de proposition vous permettent d'accompagner efficacement le développement analytique et pharmaceutique dans ses objectifs de performance et d'excellence opérationnelle.
