Deel is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst I to be the first line of defence in our collections process. You will handle high-volume daily tasks, assist a paired analyst, and ensure timely follow-ups on overdue invoices while maintaining accurate account visibility.
You will document client interactions in Workbench/Zendesk, escalate issues when needed, and support escalation cases, ensuring smooth handovers during PTO coverage and strong SLA performance across tools.
