Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking an experienced executive to partner as Chief Executive Officer to lead a semi-annual to 2-year search for a French SME to acquire and operate. You will partner with NCA to define the deal criteria, manage the acquisition, and assume the CEO role post-close.
The role offers base compensation with vested shares in the acquired company, plus comprehensive support from NCA. Start-ups are not funded, and the focus is on established SMEs in France.
