What you will do at Signaturit, a Namirial Company

As a Systems & Platform Engineer, you will join an infrastructure team that operates with a product mindset. Your mission is to build, scale, and run our next-generation internal platform—unifying existing environments to accelerate the integration of future acquisitions and empowering our development teams to deploy and scale applications effortlessly.

This is a true Build & Run role where infrastructure is treated as software. You will design a platform that is reliable, secure, API-driven, and delightful to use.

• Platform Engineering & Product Mindset:
  • Design, build, and evolve our internal developer platform (IDP), acting as a bridge between legacy environments and modern cloud-native architectures.
  • Unify fragmented platforms to streamline and accelerate the technical integration of future company acquisitions.
  • Treat our platform as a product: focus on developer experience (DevEx), usability, automation, and self-service capabilities.
• Infrastructure as Code & Automation:
  • Drive the transition toward full Infrastructure as Code (IaC), moving away from manual configurations to reproducible, automated environments using Terraform, Ansible, and modern orchestration tools.
  • Manage containerized workloads across Docker Swarm and Kubernetes, alongside hybrid virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, Nutanix) and bare-metal servers.
• Reliability, SRE & Observability (Run):
  • Own the end-to-end Run of the platform, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and robust business continuity.
  • Implement proactive observability (metrics, logs, tracing via Datadog, Zabbix) to catch issues before they affect production.
• Security & Compliance by Design:
  • Embed security and compliance directly into the platform architecture, aligning with strict standards (including ETSI EN 319 401) and protecting our Certificate & Time Stamping Authorities.

What we believe should contribute to your success in this context

• Core Foundations: Solid, battle-tested fundamentals in Linux (Debian internals) and Networking—these are non-negotiable prerequisites.
• Experience: Master’s degree in IT, Networks, or Systems, with 6+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering across hybrid architectures (VMs, containers, physical servers).

  • You have a genuine shift in mindset: you see infrastructure as software and want to build self-service, API-driven tools rather than just performing ticket-based ops.
  • Strong expertise in IaC and Orchestration (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
