I am currently recruiting an experienced SoC / IP Verification Lead Engineer for an exciting opportunity with a leading European semiconductor company specialising in radiation-hardened FPGA and SoC solutions for the space, defence and avionics industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead and mentor a verification team.
• Define verification strategies, plans and methodologies.
• Lead UVM-based testbench development, simulation and debugging.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Design teams to ensure robust SoC/IP verification.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of SoC/IP verification experience.
• Strong SystemVerilog, UVM and C-based verification skills.
• Knowledge of ARM architectures, AMBA protocols, PCIe, DDR and complex SoC designs.
• Experience with UPF, DFT and scripting using Python, Tcl or Shell.
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
