The Intellectual Property, New Technologies, and Data Protection team at ADVANT Altana, which enjoys a strong reputation in these practice areas, is seeking an associate who must have approximately 2-3 years of experience.
The cases handled are diverse (intellectual property law in all its aspects, with a strong focus on litigation, IT and digital contracts, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI), and our clients span a wide range of industries (tech, entertainment, video games, real estate/construction, insurance, food, fashion, etc.). We are seeking an associate with a proven track record at a renowned, highly agile law firm, who has a strong appetite for innovation and for technical cases and sectors. You must have experience in litigation and in drafting and negotiating contracts. The team is deeply integrated into a multidisciplinary firm, which ensures a dynamic work environment and cross-functional, stimulating cases.
Since ADVANT Altana is part of an alliance with a German firm and an Italian firm (ADVANT Beiten and ADVANT Nctm), you will have the opportunity-if you wish and after some time with us-to take a secondment to one of the alliance's offices (Munich, Frankfurt, Rome, Milan, etc.).
