We're looking for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and help protect our enterprise clients from evolving threats. You'll work with cutting-edge security technologies and be at the forefront of defending against sophisticated attacks.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage security operations center (SOC) activities
- Implement and maintain SIEM solutions and security monitoring tools
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and incident response operations
- Design and implement security architectures for enterprise environments
- Mentor junior security team members and provide technical leadership
- Collaborate with clients to assess and improve their security posture
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation
- Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity and security operations
- Deep knowledge of SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Elastic, etc.)
- Strong experience with threat detection, incident response, and forensics
- Expertise in security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
- Hands‑on experience with security tools (IDS/IPS, EDR, SOAR, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Security certifications (CISSP, OSCP, GCIA, or equivalent) preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of threat intelligence platforms
- Red team or penetration testing background
- Experience leading security teams
- Additional certifications (GREM, GCIH, SANS)
