Join CELESTAL and contribute to strategic digital transformation initiatives by supporting one of our leading international clients. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong enterprise IT architecture background to play a key role in aligning technology with business strategy and supporting digital project execution.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the organization's enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate with business digital leads and IT project managers to gather requirements and deliver architectural solutions that meet business needs.
- Establish and maintain architecture guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across IT projects.
- Maintain and follow the Solution Architecture Framework supporting digital project execution through the Stage Gate Model.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and advocate new technology solutions to enhance competitiveness.
- Ensure seamless integration of new and legacy systems to optimize interoperability and minimize disruptions.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, models, and documentation using the enterprise architecture tool.
- Enforce security standards and regulatory requirements across architectural initiatives.
- Support IT teams by providing technical expertise and resolving architectural challenges.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Report ICOSIT evidence to maintain excellence in enterprise architecture activities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT architecture, systems design, or related fields, focused on enterprise architecture.
- Proven ability to develop and implement architecture solutions aligned with business goals and technology strategies.
- Strong background in systems integration, infrastructure planning, and application development.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar methodologies.
- Hands‑on experience in cloud migration, DevOps practices, and emerging technologies such as AI and IoT.
- Exposure to security architecture, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or CISSP) are preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
