Wolters Kluwer - Financial Services Solutions is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel in France (CP&ESG) with a strong focus on CCH Tagetik. The role supports the Tagetik business unit in France and may assist other regions, reporting to the VP, Associate General Counsel CP&ESG.
You will advise on complex software transactions, MSAs, and related consultant agreements, while collaborating with product, engineering and business teams to ensure legal and strategic alignment.
