IMA Group seeks a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor to ensure the design, specification, manufacture and testing of industrial freeze dryers, while meeting cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives. The role leads the mechanical design team and collaborates with project managers to secure successful execution.
You will guide drafters, engineers, and material specialists, drive resource planning, define training, and enforce ISO and safety policies across the department.
