Mission Overview

As the IT Transformation Lead Senior Manager within the Group Corporate Applications Department, you will drive CEVA’s IT and business transformation in alignment with CMA CGM’s global synergy activation plan. Your mission is to establish and execute a transformation roadmap that leverages synergies, AI augmentation, and process standardization to optimize costs and enhance efficiency.
You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure that transformation initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives and provide measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transformation Roadmap Establishment: Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT transformation roadmap for the group, aligned with CMA CGM’s synergy activation plan.
  • Synergy Integration: Ensure group’s IT transformation initiatives are fully aligned with the group’s synergy plan, including contract consolidation, tool standardization, and CoE transitions.
  • AI Augmentation Strategy: Lead the strategy for augmenting teams and delivery with AI, including identifying use cases, piloting solutions, and scaling adoption across the group.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with IT and business stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Legal) to ensure alignment and adoption of transformation initiatives.
  • Tool Implementation Projects: Lead the implementation of necessary tools (e.g., ERP, ITSM, contract management) to support group’s transformation.
  • Synchronization with Synergy & Innovation Teams: Collaborate with the Group Synergy Activation and Innovation teams to ensure group’s transformation initiatives are cohesive with group-wide efforts, including M&A integrations and AMS takeovers.
  • Delivery Optimization: Improve the efficiency and scalability of IT delivery by implementing Agile/DevOps methodologies and automating workflows.
  • Change Managemen: Lead change management initiatives to support the adoption of new processes, tools, and organizational structures.
  • M&A Integration Support: Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired entities into group’s IT landscape, including AMS takeovers and tool/process standardization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 10–15 years in IT transformation, synergy activation, or M&A integration, preferably in logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC).
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Familiarity with AI/automation tools.
    • Understanding of contract management and procurement processes.
    • Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Change management and stakeholder alignment.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
    • Project management (Agile, Waterfall).
    • Leadership and team motivation.
    • Communication and collaboration across multicultural teams.
  • Languages:
    • Fluent in English (mandatory).
    • Fluent in French (mandatory).
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries.
    • Experience with M&A integrations is a strong plus.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required for stakeholder meetings, M&A integrations, or training sessions (up to 20%).
