Halter is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to tackle the hardest problems across frontend, backend, and platform. You will own architectural decisions, ship robust code, and mentor teammates while leveraging AI tools and AWS-based systems on real farms.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, improving testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure while owning end‑to‑end reliability and performance for critical services.
